Project Description

The USD 790 million venture encompassing Dhigufaru, Dhekenanfaru, and Kuramaadhoo Falhu in Noonu Atoll has been designated as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The development will include luxury residences and an ultra-luxury resort with a marina, as well as an international-standard healthcare facility and a world-class school of hospitality and leadership. The project is designed to operate on a minimum of 60 percent renewable energy and will incorporate integrated, sustainable aquaculture and agriculture systems.
