Position: Boat Captain

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Captain to lead operations for our fleet, including Dhoanis, Landing Crafts, and Tug Boats. As the captain, you will oversee daily maritime activities, manage crew members, and ensure the seamless execution of all operations. This is a leadership role that requires excellent technical knowledge, strong navigational skills, and a passion for maritime services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and navigate vessels, including Dhoanis, Landing Crafts, and Tug Boats, safely and efficiently.
- Supervise and guide the crew, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to deliver excellent service.
- Maintain and update logs of all voyages and activities, including equipment usage and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local maritime regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Niyami Certificate.
- Valid Marine License.
- Proven experience as a Boat Captain with relevant vessel types.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Position: Boat Crew

About the Role:
We are looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team as Boat Crew. This role is ideal for those with a passion for maritime work and hands-on experience in boatyard operations. Crew members will assist in maintenance, repairs, and other essential tasks to ensure smooth operations at the boatyard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintenance and repair of boats, including cleaning, painting, and equipment handling.
- Operate and maintain tools and machinery used in boatyard operations.
- Support docking and undocking processes.
- Adhere to safety procedures and ensure a clean working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Boat Captain.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in boatyard or maritime operations preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Basic understanding of boat maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
